Andrea Starr Mitchell

Andrea Starr Mitchell, a resident of Tulsa passed away Monday, September 28th, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 24. She was born June 28, 1991 in Tahlequah to Crystal Chapmon and Montie R. Mitchell, Jr. Andrea was a sales associate at Dollar General in Tulsa. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. Andrea was very artistic, loved to draw and paint. She could do anything she put her mind to and did it well. The focus of her life was her little two year old girl, Starr-Lynn. Andrea is survived by her husband Dustin Parnell of the home in Tulsa; Her daughter Starr-Lynn Marlene Parnell of the home; Her mother, Crystal Chapmon & Paul Hasting of Tulsa; Her father, Montie R. Mitchell, Jr. & wife Leigh Ann of Inola; Two brothers, Montie R. Mitchell, III of Tulsa; Keith Hollins of Tulsa; Step brother, Jake Fuller of Chelsea; Two step sisters, Ashley Renee' Fuller of Claremore; Sarah Hasting of Tulsa; Maternal grandparents, Earl & Dawna Chapmon of Henryetta; Two special cousins she was very close with, Misty & Michaela Chapmon; As well as a host of aunts, uncles, friends and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Marlene Browning, also by her maternal great grandparents, Frank & Ophelia Boatright. Viewing will be from Noon until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 1 at Integrity Funeral Service with family present to greet friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 2, 2015 at New Sonora Cemetery with Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be Montie R. Mitchell, Jr., Dustin Parnell, Richard Chapmon, Keith Hollins, 3-B, Paul Hastings and alternate Ronnie Davis.
