Anna Faye Lovell

Anna Faye Lovell, known affectionately as Ann, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2023, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Born on January 12, 1932, in Schoolton, Oklahoma, to Ora (Oliver) and Joseph Dee Aldridge. Ann was a beacon of faith, wisdom, and passion throughout her 91 years.

Ann grew up in the Graham Community, where she attended grade school and later graduated from Graham High School. She married her beloved husband, Robert Lee Lovell Sr., on July 5, 1950, upon his return from Korea. Together, they built a life filled with love, faith, and family. Ann was a devoted homemaker and mother to her two sons, Robert Jr. and Gary. Her love for her family was evident in the time she cherished with them.

In addition to her role as wife and mother, Ann was a dedicated Christian who loved singing praises to the Lord with her twin sister, Midge. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, providing a strong foundation for her family. Ann was also fond of her dogs and cats, who brought her joy and companionship.

Later in life, Ann returned to school , where she received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from St. Anthony's in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ann worked as a registered nurse from 1972 until her retirement.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Lovell Sr., parents Ora (Oliver) and Joseph Dee Aldridge, brother Jim Aldridge, and sisters Nina Thomas, Fern Carter, and her twin Midge Brison.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Lovell Jr. of Mounds, Oklahoma, Gary Lovell and his wife Donna of Henryetta. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her grandchildren, Danny Lovell and his wife Amber of Dallas, Texas, Andy Lovell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Sarah Thompson and her husband Travis of Henryetta, Oklahoma. Ann's great-grandchildren Abby Lovell, Ethan Lovell, Gracie Lovell, Emma Thompson, Ella Thompson, Truman Lovell, and great-great-granddaughter Zoe Lovell, who will remember her fondly.

Ann's life was a testament to her faith, wisdom, and passion. She was a woman who loved deeply and was deeply loved in return. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her church family, and community.

Visitation is scheduled for 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, July 28th, 2023 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, July 29th, 2023 at Church of Christ, 413 W. Broadway, Henryetta, Oklahoma 74437 with Rex Walcher officiating. Private interment will be at Salem Cemetery.

Those serving as Pallbearers: Danny Lovell, Andy Lovell, Ethan Lovell, Travis Thompson, Jerry Tamplen and Bobby Stehwein.
