Betty Yvonne Weigand

Betty Yvonne Weigand, a resident of Pleasant Valley was born October 5, 1941 to Jimmy and Agnes (Cummings) Neet. She passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 in Pleasant Valley at the age of 72. Betty married R. J. Weigand in 1962 in Schulter, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Schulter United Methodist Church and retired from Kelco Corporation after twenty years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy & Agnes Neet, her husband R. J. Weigand and one sister Carolyn Smith. She is survived by three children: Jim Weigand of Kiefer, Oklahoma; Sherri Spradley & husband Rick of Mounds, Oklahoma; Derek Weigand & wife Kelly of Pleasant Valley; Three grandchildren: Austin Spradley & wife Jackie of Verdigris, Oklahoma; Evan Spradley of Mounds, Oklahoma; Kaylee Weigand of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Also by a host of friends and other relatives. Pallbearers will be: Austin Spradley, Evan Spradley, Dennis Smith, Keith Smith & Brian Smith. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Schulter Baptist Church with Rev. Randall Christy, officiating.
