Billy Stanton

William "Billy" Charles Stanton, a resident of Schulter, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 in Okmulgee, OK at the age of 48. He was born November 17, 1972 in Henryetta, OK to Larry Stanton & Barbara (Tarwater) Stanton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two nieces, Raelynn and Brynlee Stanton, and one nephew, Troy Greathouse.

Billy is survived by his brother, Mickey Stanton & wife Beth of Henryetta, sister, Sherri McBain & husband Chris of Houston, Texas, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was known dearly by his nieces and nephews as "Uncle Bobo", however he was more than just an uncle, he was sometimes a father and grandfather figure to them. His sidekicks were his niece, Acacia Hughes and his friends, Joe Stephens and Ray Terrill.

Viewing will be from 4-8 PM, on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, September 24, 2021 at New Covenant Tabernacle with Rev. Robert Lay, officiating. Interment will follow at Salt Creek Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Integrity Funeral Service.
