James Robert "Bob" Mace, a resident of Henryetta passed away Friday, April 26th, 2019 in Henryetta at the age of 78. He was born December 1, 1940 in Kinta, Oklahoma to Fred James Mace and Geraldine (Pebworth) Mace.
Bob served his country being enlisted in the United States Army National Guard.
After earning his master's degree, Bob had various occupations with his last teaching Art at Henryetta High School.
Bob was well read and very knowledgeable in many subjects. His interests included science and history among many other things. He was an avid reader and loved to work in his lawn. He had a real passion for art and love to make pottery. He also loved to play golf with his buddies.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred James Mace and Geraldine Wyatt.
He is survived by his former wife, Pat Mace of Henryetta;
A cousin, Philip Bush of Wagoner;
A brother-in-law, Craig Munda and wife Terry of Edmond;
Nephews, Jason Munda of the Mustang-Yukon area;
Matthew Munda & wife Katie of Edmond;
A great nephew, Kegan Munda of Mustang;
His Cairen Terrier & companion, Ben;
Also by a host of friends and acquaintances.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 29th, 2019 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Jack Vance & Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
