Carol Ann Likowski

Carol Ann Likowski, a resident of Pharoah, Oklahoma, was born August 6, 1944 in Weleetka, Oklahoma to George Edward Likowski and Ruby Agnes (DeArmond) Likowski. Carol passed away, Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in Tulsa at the age of 66. She was a member of the Pharoah Baptist Church and was a retired cosmetologist. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, George & Ruby Likowski, also by one sister, Betty L. Likowski. She is survived by two brothers, Ken E. Likowski & wife Vickie of Henryetta, Frank Likowski & wife Nancy of Oklahoma City, Nieces and Nephews, Michelle Smith & husband Dennis & children, Nicolas & Emily of Henryetta, Stephanie Caldwell & husband Kevin & son Cody of Wilson, Stephen Morgan & son Kelby of Henryetta, Lisa & Clay Fletcher of Oklahoma City, Kim Capetillo & children Brad & Hanna of Oklahoma City, Also by a host of friends and other relatives. Pallbearers will be, Kyle Swinford, Wyatt Swinford, Dennis Smith, Derek Weigand, Keith Smith, & Clay Fletcher. Visitation will be from 8am until 8pm Friday, and 8am until 1pm Saturday. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Likowski Cemetery with Rev. Gregg Joki, officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
