Chebonnie Lindsey

Chebonnie Joe Lindsey, aged 48, was born on February 18, 1976, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Alex Lindsey and Susie Deo. He peacefully passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at St. Francis in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chebonnie attended Eufaula Boarding School in Eufaula, Oklahoma. He married his late wife, Cheryl Lindsey, on August 4, 1997. Throughout his life, he worked at Roy's BBQ, Bill Knight, and Direct Company. Chebonnie truly embraced life to the fullest, cherishing moments with all 5 of his children, his wife Lisa Campbell, and his girlfriend Mark Marshall, often gathering with family. Known as the family's favorite meat smoker, he proudly passed down his Smoking legacy to his two sons, Kyle, Bryce cv'to , and his daughter Alexes.

A devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan for 35 years and counting, Chebonnie enjoyed playing dominoes, shooting pool, and coaching softball for the Lindsey Braves and All Jokers Aside. His children shared joint custody with his wife Lisa (as his children would say The Traveling Husband), He was an exceptional leader who took great pride in his traditional ceremonies.. Chebonnie loved visiting the "No No Place" (The casino) and spending quality time at the lake with his family and friends. He often entertained his loved ones by sending TikTok videos.

He now joins his late wife Cheryl Lindsey, along with his parents, Alex Lindsey and Susie Deo, Paternal grandparents, Buddy Misko Lindsey and Melissa Wacoche. Maternal: grandparent Sam Watson and great-grandmother Clara McIntosh. He is also preceded in death by his 1 sister - Lucy Mae Tiger, 1 Brother - Buddy Ray Lindsey , 3 Uncles - Thomas Watson, Buddy "Sluggo" Lindsey, James Wacoche 1 Aunt - Flora Jackson mother-in-law Jeanette Johnson, father-in-law Wilbert Johnson.

Chebonnie is survived by his five beautiful children: Kyle Lindsey, Alexes Lindsey, Breanna Lindsey all of the home, Megan Lindsey and her husband Kyle Hill of Eufaula, and Bryce Cv'toCutke Lindsey and his spouse Millie Wilson of Wainwright, Bonus Son Joseph Kahbeah of Okmulgee, Bonus Daughter Cameron Donaldson, His fur babies, Bella and Rowdy, Six Sisters: Ann Lindsey of Sapulpa, Katherine Powell of Okemah, Roberta Lindsey of Sapulpa, Geebee Ratliff (Spouse Robert Ratliff) of Glenpool, Liza Lindsey (Spouse Ray Haag) of Henryetta, Tumissah Lindsey of Henryetta. One Brother Little Chofolope of Sapulpa. One Uncle - Mose Danny Lindsey of Dewar, One Aunt - Leola Hill of Depew. Two bonus grandsons-Marshall Osborne of Tulsa And Jeffery Allen Harjo Jr of Tulsa Additionally, he leaves behind his fur grandbabies: Shortcake, Daisi, Ash-Peanut, Rip, Diesel, Keke, and Sophie. As well as host of his favorites Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Chebonnie Lindsey will be on Thursday, January 30th, 2025 from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 East Trudgeon Street, Henryetta, Oklahoma 74437.

A wake service will be held on Friday, January 30th, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church in Hanna, Oklahoma.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, January 31st, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church with Deacon Phillip "Oscar" Harjo officiating.

Burial will follow the service at Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church Cemetery.
