Clara Ellen Grant

Clara Ellen Grant, a longtime resident of Henryetta, was born December 28, 1920 in Henryetta to Morris Roman Cellier and Esther Frances (Kirkbright) Cellier. She passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2010 in Henryetta at the age of 89. Clara was a longtime member of the former Episcopal Church in Henryetta, a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack, a sister, Almeta E. Smith, a nephew, Mark Carriage and a great nephew, Allen Carriage. She is survived by a niece, Joan Thompson of Henryetta, a nephew, Richard Carriage & wife Carolyn of Houston 2 great nephews, Rusty Thompson of Henryetta Terry Carriage & wife Christy of Beggs 4 cousins, Jimmy Gold, Billy Gold, David Gold, & Florence Gold all of Austin, Texas As well as a host of friends and other relatives. Viewing will be from 8am to 8pm, Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at the funeral home. In accordance with Clara's wishes there will be no formal funeral service.
