Curtis Wayne Williamson

Curtis Wayne Williamson, 58 , of Okmulgee, Ok passed away Sunday morning, December 22, 2024, in Okmulgee, Ok.

He was born May 26, 1966 to Richard Ralph Williamson Sr and Wanda Mae ( Lowe) Williamson in Wetumka, Ok.

He was a member of the Trenton Indian Baptist Church. He worked for varies employers including Stilwell Foods as a processor, the Hanna watermelon patch, in roofing and construction for Orvold Construction. He enjoyed playing pool and dominoes, and he found joy in fishing. His mechanical skills were evident in his ability to work on cars, and he took pleasure in attending native stomp dancing events. Music was a significant part of his life, especially playing the drums. Additionally, Curtis enjoyed riding motorcycles and shooting guns.

Curtis was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tommy Lowe Sr. and Mandy Mae (Proctor) Lowe; his parents, Richard and Wanda (Lowe) Williamson; his brother, Gordan "Chip" Williamson; uncles Eddie Lowe Sr. and Amos Lowe; aunts Martha Lowe and Lucy Lowe; cousins Randy, Eddie Jr., and Kelly Lowe; niece Ariel (Williamson) Nason; and nephew Zachary James Williamson, who passed shortly after Curtis.

He is survived by his children:

Alisha Williamson of Henryetta, Oklahoma

Nicco Williamson of Okmulgee, Oklahoma

Timothy Williamson and his girlfriend, Christyn, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma

Daniel Wolbert of Florida

His brother, Richard "LuLu" Williamson, and his wife, Shelly, of Atmore, Alabama; uncles Thomas Lowe of Hanna, Oklahoma, and Joe Williamson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandsons Taylen Yvnvsv Williamson and Trenton Michael Smith; special family member Christopher "Ding Ding" Blackburn of Atmore, Alabama; nieces Megain Williamson and Anjelika Williamson; nephew Brandon Williamson; and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.

A viewing will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Integrity Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM on the same day at Integrity Chapel. Interment will take place at Proctor-Lowe Family Cemetery in Hanna, Oklahoma. Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

The pallbearers will be David Grider, Brandon Williamson, Jonnie Noyes, Sam Proctor, Jr., Ronnie Lowe, Sr., and Reuben Factor. Honorary Pallbearers will be Timothy Williamson, Nicco Williamson, Billy Hill, Trevor Fisher, Foster Gray and the late Zachary Williamson.
