Cynthia Tyler-Keener, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 in Sallisaw, OK at the age of 69. She was born June 19, 1951 in Detroit, MI to William Lee Tyler & Delara Bernice "Dee" (Sawlaw) Tyler.
She was a member of the Eastern Star and was a hospice nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Keener, and her daughter, Ginger Rader.
Cynthia is survived by her grandson, Guy S. Rader IV,
granddaughter, Shelby Lee Rader,
sister, Milly Massey,
brother, John Tyler,
son-in-law, Guy S. Rader III,
as well as many friends.
Viewing will be from 5-8 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday, December 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Integrity Chapel. Interment will follow at Salt Creek Cemetery in the Wilson Community. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
