Dakoda Lee "Cody" Hayes, a resident of Henryetta, passed away June 05, 2012 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 17. He was born September 18, 1994 in Joplin, Missouri to Samuel Lee Hayes & Cassuandra Lynn (Neal) Martin. Dakoda is survived by his father, Sam Hayes & fiance Annie Cunningham of the home, Mother, Cassaundra Lynn (Neal) Martin of Missouri, Siblings, Tekoah Martin, K.D., Cyndi Emilly, & Joe Martin One step-sister, Edith Flanagan, Paternal grandmother, Barbara Combs & husband Vernon Harrison of Henryetta, Maternal grandmother, Millie Turley Maternal grandfather, Joe Neal, Uncles, Michael Moore, Billy Woodruff, Paul Combs & wife Melody, Aunts, Sarah Walker, Wanda Sanchez and husband Moses, Summer Tyndall, Diane Neal & husband Tom, Tarah Tylle, Kiarra Turley, Athena Turley, and Leilauni Smith, Melissa Bermudez, and Christina Childers. As well as a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Integrity Funeral Service from 2-8 pm on Sunday, June 10 and Monday from 8am to 8pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Shurden Chapel 411 W. Division Street. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
