David Uribe

David Justin Uribe, 44, resident of Heritage Hills in McAlester, passed from this life on November 7th, 2019. He was born November 16th, 1974 in Sun Valley, California to Joan Uribe. David was a devoted husband, father and Pepaw. He was married to the love of his life Kim Kowals for 20 years, they divorced but maintained a close friendship with both her and spouse, Matt Kowals. He is survived by his former wife, mother of his children and friend, Kim; daughter, Shalee Nicole and her spouse, Kaleb Roberts of Henryetta and their sons Nuvarro (Peanut) Jim and Korvyn Roberts; daughter, Crystal Kight of Tulsa; Niece, Shawnda Bullard and husband, Mickey of Henryetta; Amberlee Reid, of Broken Arrow; brother, John Uribe and wife Lisa, of Oro Valley, AZ; brother Brett Uribe, of Henryetta; sister, Bonnie Randall, of Fresno, CA; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles & other family and numerous
friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Joan Uribe and sister Dawn Reid. After his sister lost the battle with Huntington's and getting the diagnosis himself, David made the decision to donate his body to Huntington's research in hopes for a cure. There will be a special memorial service to celebrate David’s life will be planed at a later date.
