Debra Folsom

Debra Jo Folsom, a resident of Noble, Oklahoma, passed away in the early morning hours of January 20, 2014 in Noble at the age of 62. Debra was born on November 20, 1931 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Otis Folsom and Frieda Bowen. Debra grew up in Ringling, Oklahoma and lived there for the first 15 years of her life. She moved to Texas at age 15 and attended school in Odessa, Texas. After living several more years in Ada, Oklahoma, she later moved to the Norman, OK/Noble, OK area. She is preceded in death by her mother, and her paternal and maternal grandparents. She is survived by her father, Otis Folsom of Velma, OK; her sister, Jan Vargas and husband Juan of Round Rock, Texas; an aunt, Ruth Huddleston; 2 cousins, Brenda King of Anadarko and Pam Stewart of Norman; a niece, Casey Vargas of Kyle, TX; a nephew, Jason Vargas of Austin, TX; 3 grand nieces, Claudia Oscari, Analiz Oscari, and Paulina Oscari, all of San Antonio, TX; by other extended family and many good friends. Viewing will be from 8am - 12:00pm at Integrity Funeral Service. A graveside service will be Held for Debra on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00pm at Weleetka Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Charles Jackson officiating. Interment will follow immediately under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.
