Deretha Jean Buckminster, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Saturday May 18, 2013 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 89. She was born Wednesday, August 08, 1923 in Bristow, OK to Jake N. Clinton & Lela (Watson).
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, John Paul McClish Sr., and by her son, John Paul McClish II.
Deretha is survived by her husband, Philip Buckminster of the home,
granddaughter, Emily Marie Page & husband Jerry D. Page III of Okmulgee,
two great grandchildren, Jerry D. Page IV and Adele Page of Okmulgee,
cousin, Jerry Riley of Bristow, Oklahoma,
as well as many friends.
Viewing will be from 5-8 pm on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:00 am at Shurden Chapel (411W. Division St.) With Rev. Newman Frank and Rev. Seth McIntosh, officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
