Dorothy June Bussey

Dorothy June Bussey, a longtime resident of Henryetta passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in Tulsa at the age of 79. Dorothy was born October 3, 1932 in Henryetta to Jim & Ruby J. (Yoder) Lindsay. She married Ernest Eugene Bussey August 7, 1948 in Okemah, Oklahoma. Dorothy worked for several years at Safeway in Henryetta, also retired from Henryetta High School working in the cafeteria for twenty years. Dorothy was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Henryetta. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Hart of Henryetta; One son, Brady Joe Bussey of Henryetta; One grandson, Randell Hart & wife Deana of Henryetta; Five great-grandsons, Randell Hart, Jr, Jordan Hart, Derick Hart, Jakob White, & Nathan White. One brother, James Lindsay of Dangerfield, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim & Ruby Lindsay, her husband, Ernest Bussey, a grandson, Derrick Daniels, a brother, Bobby Lindsay and a sister, Delores Rogers. Graveside Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Lackey Cemetery in Hitchita with Rev. Lowell Churchill, officiating. Services are entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
