Duva Faye Crewse

Duva Faye Crewse, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Sunday, March 02, 2025 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 86. She was born December 20, 1938 in Lenna, OK to Leo Alvin Haley & Pirna (Duckett) Haley.

She was a member of New Beginnings Church in Eufaula.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Crewse, son, Mark Anson, her parents, brothers; Charles Haley, Mark Haley, Bud Haley, Coke Haley, and sisters, Ruby Rowland, and Dot Williams.

Duva is survived by her children, Eddie Crewse & wife Diane, Clint Crewse & wife Lori, Penny Crewse, Tonya Crewse Trujillo & husband Junior, and Daniellie Smith & husband Charles, grandchildren; Amber Tipton & husband Randy, Josh Miller, Jared Miller, Jacob Crewse, Erica Crewse, Sabrina Smith, Joey Trujillo, Kevin Crewse, Kalize Crewse, Corbin Smith, and Tyke Smith, twenty-seven great grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, and one sister, Kathleen Smith of Queen Creek, Arizona, as well as a host of other relatives.

A memorial service is scheduled for 4:00 PM, Friday, March 7, 2025 at New Beginnings Church (118025 S. 4110 RD) in Eufaula, Oklahoma with Rev. Tony Haley, officiating.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
