Dwight Boston

Dwight Boston, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in Henryetta at the age of 53. Dwight was born on February 28, 1957 in Barclay, California to Henry Boston and Vera Stevenson Boston. At age 2 Dwight moved to Hanna, Oklahoma with his family. He grew up in the Hanna area and attended school in Hanna, graduating from Hanna High School. He later attended school at OSU Tech in Okmulgee. Dwight worked at Wal-Mart in retail sales for several years. He is preceded in death by his father, Henry. He is survived by his mother, Vera Boston of Henryetta; a sister, Shirly McKay and her fiance Earl Sprague of Henryetta; 2 nephews, Michael Crawford of Henryetta and Jeremy Crawford of New Mexico; and a niece, Terrea Smith of Henryetta. Following cremation, private family services will be held at a later date.
