Elizabeth Deliah Dodge

Elizabeth Deliah "Betty" Dodge, a resident of Dewar, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 at her home in Dewar at the age of 69. She was born April 1, 1943 in Henryetta to Thomas Smith Kerr and Juanita (Crosby) Kerr. She was a graduate of Dewar High School, class of 1961. Betty retired from First Family Federal Credit Union in April 2009 after 27 years of service. She was a longtime member of Abundant Life Pentecostal Holiness Church in Henryetta. Betty loved gardening, was an acomplished cook and loved canning. She is survived by her husband Carlton Dodge of the home; Two daughters, Amy Dodge & fiance' Ed Girard of Grapevine, Texas; Tina Payne & husband Clay of Henryetta; Her granddaughter, Emily Marie Payne of Henryetta; One brother, John Kerr & wife Wilma of Henryetta; Neices & Nephews, Teresa Lewis of Mannford; Chuck Kerr of Eufaula; Julie Aldridge of Broken Arrow; Jimmy Floyd of Henryetta; Kristin Kerr of Branson, Missouri; Jennifer Dodge of Little Elm, Texas; Vicky Dodge of Glenpool; Derek Dodge of Tulsa; Anjanette Dodge of Tulsa; Numerous great & great-great neices and nephews, as well as a host of friends and other relatives. Pallbearers will be, Jimmy Floyd, Travis Lewis, Ian Lewis, Colt Kerr, Ryan Treagesser, & Steve Dodge. Honorary pallbearers will be, Tom Rush, Buster Hall, & Chuck Kerr. The family will greet friends at Integrity Funeral Service, Monday evening from 6 - 8 pm. Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Bro. Steve Treagesser & Rev. Suzie Stephens, officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
