Ethel Mae Sebree

Ethel Mae Sebree, a resident of Henryetta, passed away in her home on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at the age of 63. Ethel was born on March 22, 1947 in Midland, TX. She grew up in Midland and attended school there. After her schooling, Ethel married and moved to southwest Oklahoma. Ethel remarried in June of 1993 to L.R. Sebree in Frederick, Oklahoma. She worked briefly in a nursing home in Altus and also in home health in Sallisaw. She also served as a cook with the Frederick Head Start program. She was an accomplished cook and a committed mother and wife. Ethel moved to Henryetta in 2007 with her family. Ethel is preceded in death by both her parents; one sister, Frances; and a grandmother, Adelia Hill. She is survived by her husband, L.R. Sebree of the home; a son, David John Hill of Henryetta; 2 daughters, Ginger Lee Brymer and husband Shane Allen Brymer of Frederick and Tracy Lynnette Hine and husband James Arnold Hine of Henryetta; 13 grandchildren, Bethany Hine, Drew Hine, Joyce Hine, Jeremiah Hine, Julian Hine, Feather Hine, Ellen Brymer, Faithanne Brymer, Chevy Lee Brymer, Sierra Brymer, Crystal Hill, David John Hill, Jr., Latisha Dawn Tyser and husband Reefer; one brother, Buddy McQuire of Midland, TX; one sister, Donna McQuire of Midland, TX; a niece, Debbie Johnson of Henreytta; a nephew, Dave Sebree of Henryetta; 3 brothers-in-law, Lee Sebree and wife Patsy of Frederick, Jerry Sebree and wife Janie of Frederick, and Robert Sebree and wife Winne of Sayer, OK. Viewing and visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday and Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sunday from noon to 8pm. Pallbearers will be David Hill, James Hine, Terry Stewart, Sr., Terry Ray Stewart, Jr., Keith Henry, and Mark Sumka. Graveside funeral services will be held at Sonora Cemetery on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 2:00p.m. with Bro. Jack Vance officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.
