Evelyn "Jean" Spear

Evelyn "Jean" Spear, a resident of Hanna, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 90. She was born April 1, 1931 in Sasakwa, OK to Archibald "Archie" Crumbie Thomason & Helen (Galentine) Thomason.

She graduated from Hanna Schools in 1948.

She was a homemaker for most of her life, however she managed the Hanna Senior Citizen's Center for many years.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Linda Spear Basinger of Norman, son, David Spear & wife Carolyn of Hanna, daughter, Karen Keys of Muskogee, grandchildren; Eddie Dunn of Muskogee, Jack David Spear & wife Katie of Broken Arrow, and Cristan Spear Robertson & husband Ryan of Hanna, as well as a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 5-8 PM on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Hanna, Oklahoma with Rev. Dusty McKeefer, officiating. Interment will follow at Hanna Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Jean's honor to the Alzheimer's association or a comparable charity dealing with Alzheimer research.
