Flora J Kelley

Flora J Kelley a resident of Dewar, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2013 at her home in Dewar at the age of 72. She was born Thursday, November 07, 1940 in Checotah, OK to Arden James Forest Jones & Carrie Lee Martin. Flora grew up in the Hichita area and attended school in Henryetta. She married the love of her life, Donald Gene Kelley, Sr. in Stigler, Oklahoma. A devoted homemaker, Flora is best known for her love of family. She especially loved providing care for her grandson, Tommy Wagoner, in her home. She was an avid shopper and loved going to garage sales. Flora is preceded in death by her mother and father, 7 brothers, and 4 sisters. He is survived by her husband, Gene Kelley, Sr. of the home; 2 sons, Brent Kelley, Sr. of Dewar and Donald Kelly, Jr. of Dewar; by two daughters, Donna Mahan of Dewar and Alvina Kelley of Dewar; three grandsons, Tommy G. Wagoner of Dewar, Brent Kelly Jr. of Wetumka, and Bradley Lee of Dewar; six granddaughters, Michaelan Taylor of Beggs, OK, Angie Simpson of Hichita, Mistie Kelley of Henryetta, Jennie Kelley of Wetumka, Flora Robinett of Earlsboro, and Sheila Starr of Henryetta; a sister, Lucille Williams; and by numerous great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and many good friends. Funeral Services for Flora will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Mike Burns officiating. Interment will follow immediately at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta. Pallbearers will be Bradley Lee, Brent Kelly, Jr., and Brent Kelley, III. Viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 8pm and on Monday from 8am until 8pm.
