Geneva Kay Bair, 70, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, March, 25th, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Geneva was born September 3, 1953, in Weleetka, Oklahoma, to Helen(Fixico) and Bud Hunt.
Throughout her life, her warm spirit became a beacon of kindness and generosity. Geneva attended the Sequoia Boarding School in Tahlequah, Oklahoma from where she graduated.. During her working years she dedicated herself to nurturing and caring for others, both as an attentive cook at the Creek Nation Nutrition Center and as a compassionate Nurses Assistant.
Her interests painted a picture of a woman who found her joy in simplicity-Geneva loved nothing more than to be surrounded by nature, whether fishing, camping, or sitting quietly with a crossword puzzle. Her cultural roots ran deep, and she enjoyed attending stomp dances, embodying the thoughtful spirit that defined her.
Geneva leaves behind her husband, David "Dave" Bair, of the home, her cousins Jackie Buckley, of Weleetka, Oklahoma, Scott Harjo, Sr., of Wilson, Community near Henryetta, Oklahoma, Rufus Scott, of Wetumka, Oklahoma, Donna Miller, of Weleetka, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
Geneva was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Viewing is scheduled for Monday, April 1st from 3:00PM to 8:00PM at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00PM Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E. Trudgeon St., Henryetta, Oklahoma.
