Glenda Jean Basden, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 65. She was born June 5, 1950 in Henryetta, OK to Jerrell Smith & Eloyese (Hill) Smith. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerrell Smith. Glenda is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jimmy Ray Basden of the home, daughter, Susanne Gimlin & husband Wayne of Fort Worth, Texas, son, Michael Basden of Bristow, Oklahoma, three grandchildren, Jordan Thompson & wife Hayden of Fort Worth, Texas, Shelby Thompson of Fort Worth, and Jacob Gimlin of Fort Worth, two great grandchildren, Kaylee Thompson of Fort Worth, and Keagan Thompson, mother, Eloyese Smith of Tulsa, one brother, Roger Smith of Schulter, Oklahoma, sister, Joyce Bradford of Morris, Oklahoma, sister, Kathy Spears & husband Wayne of Schulter, sister, Ronda Smith of Schulter, sister, Clara Mericle & husband Jim of Morris, sister-in-law, Vonnie Coulter of Henryetta, sister-in-law, Joyce Gilbert & husband Steve of Bixby, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Viewing will be from 4pm - 8pm Friday, March 18, 2016 at Integrity Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1:00pm at Integrity Chapel (410 East Trudgeon St) in Henryetta with Rev. Phil Barton, officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
