Harlan Gene Lewis, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 45. He was born July 31, 1975 in Phoenix, AZ to Big Cloud Lewis & Pauline Ochoa.
Around 2002 Harlan was baptized at Hickory Ground #2 by Pastor Sidney Lee and make his membership at Hutchechuppa
Harlan liked crossword puzzles, cooking, visiting and cherishing moments with Tainy Micco, Charles Coleman and Francis Fife. Although quiet, Harlan loved to laugh, talk and listen.
Harlan still believed in the Lord and always gave thanks, He wrote:
Prayer Against Evil Spirits
We are at war, prepared and armored with your Word
You have said that if you are with us we are guaranteed victory
We pray that you may help us triumph over evil spirits that block
our way in seeking your kingdom.

He was preceded in death by his mother, paternal grandfather, Kenneth Lewis, aunt Sinah Birdcreek, Manley, uncle Eugene Manley, cousin, Adrian Birdcreek, and grandmother Linda Lewis Manley.
Harlan is survived by his father Big Cloud "Jacob" Lewis of Weleetka,
sister, Jennifer Lewis of Phoenix, Arizona, nephew, Danny Jr. Hernandez,
nieces, Veronica Hernandez and Katrina Hernandez all of Phoenix,
as well as many other relatives and friends.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Thewarle Indian Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Weleetka under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be Barton Looney, Rusty Powell, Charles West, Steve Randal, Leroy Whitlow, and Walter Lewis Jr.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Rick Soweka, Justin Harjo, Troy Whitlow, and Jerry Sumka.
