Hazel Iva Jenkins

Hazel Iva Jenkins, a resident of Ada, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Ada, OK at the age of 95. She was born January 10, 1921 in Okmulgee, OK to Earnest Clifton Brumfield & Havana (Orman). Hazel was a member of the Holdenville Church of The Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband Terry Newman Jenkins, parents, son, Jerry Jenkins, 1 brother, 4 sisters, grandson, Ronnie Jenkins, and 2 great grandsons, Kevin Jenkins, and Steven Bauer. Hazel is survived by her son, Terry Jenkins & wife Anne of Ardmore, Oklahoma, son, Joe Jenkins & wife Deena of Ada, Oklahoma, daughter, Esther Shada & husband Tom of Springdale, Arkansas, 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Viewing will be from 12-2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Integrity Funeral Service. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 2:30 PM at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Rev. Jim Knight, officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
