James David Brown

James David Brown, 68 of Cordell, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, in Cordell, Oklahoma. He was born on December 18, 1955 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Bill and Myrtle (Holland) Brown.

James proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He worked as a laborer for different farms in the area and was a proud pet owner. He also enjoyed spending time with family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Johnny, Melvin, Rusty, Billy and sisters, Betty, Liz, Dorthy, Iva, and Mary.

James is survived by a brother, Mike Ladd; sisters, Ann Owens and Debrah Gourley all of Henryetta, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Integrity Funeral Chapel with military honors to be conducted at the service.
