James Edward Jones

James Edward Jones, a resident of Okemah, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2016 in Claremore, OK at the age of 82. He was born October 7, 1933 in Caraway, Arkansas to Everett Jones & Lillie (Downy) Jones.

James married Frances Haller on November 24, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He proudly served during the Korean War in the Army of the United States.

James is survived by his wife Frances Jones of the home,
son, Rocky Jones of Phoenix, Arizona,
nine grandchildren,
numerous great grandchildren,
six, step children,
17 step grandchildren and one on the way,
sister, Fay Spears of Phoenix,
and brother, Bobby Jones & wife Erika of Phoenix,
as well as many other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from noon - 8 pm on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00pm. Monday, October 3, 2016 at Castle Cemetery in Castle, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
