Jason Wayne Harjo

Jason Wayne Harjo, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 40. He was born July 02, 1972 in Claremore, OK to J W Harjo & Naomi Ruth (Simmer). Jason was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother. He married Sharla Lee on August 18, 2003 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Jason is survived by his wife Sharla of the home, children, Jason Harjo Jr. of Holdenville; Melanie Wisdom of Henryetta; Miranda Harjo of Cromwell; JW Harjo III of Henryetta; and Mason Harjo of Henryetta, 4 grandchildren, Jahiya Harjo of Okmulgee; Trenden Mack of Cromwell; Trey Harjo of Henryetta; and Makenna Mack of Cromwell, 4 brothers, Joe Harjo of Tulsa; JW Harjo Jr. of Wewoka; Tim Harjo of Okmulgee; and Daniel Harjo of Okemah, one sister, Lee Harjo of Wewoka, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be from 12:30pm - 3:30pm on Thursday, April 18 at Integrity Funeral Service. Wake services will be at 7pm on Thursday, April 18 at Greenleaf Indian Baptist Church in Okemah. Funeral Services are Scheduled for 1:00 pm on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Greenleaf Indian Baptist Church. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
