Jenny Dawn (Stormie) Noon-Farrell born on Feb. 8, 1959 in Los Angeles, California to LeeAnna Barnett and Nathan Noon Sr. and passed away on Feb. 20, 2015 in Jenks, OK. After a lengthy illness. Jenny was at home, surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Lee DeCarlo and husband Michael S. Farrell of the home. She is also survived by sisters, Thelmas Jean Noon, Joyce K. Voice, Phyllis Y. Givens, and Malinda L. Noon all of Wetumka, Martha A. Noon-Tomah, Brother-in-law, Kelly Tomah Sr., brothers, Michael T. Noon of Jenks and Nathan Noon Jr. of Santa Ana, California, 38 great and 15 great-great nieces and nephews, and many close cousins and friends. Jenny was preceded in death by both parents, one sister Marcella and three brothers David, Palmer, and Gregory. Jenny was raised in both California and Oklahoma. She graduated from Wetumka High School in 1978 and attended Bacone College briefly before she entered the US Air Force where she would remain for the next 30 years, and retiring as Senior Master Sgt. which is the second highest rank in the Air Force. Jenny was dedicated to her family and God. Her daughter Lee was the main focus of her being. She was known to her family as Stormie, she made it her task to bring her great nieces closer to God and would often take them to church. Her great nieces fondly called her Mvhé© (Stormie). Jenny loved to camp, travel and was an avid football and basketball fan. She and husband Michael were married in August 16, 1991 and began to travel in their RV all over the country when they both retired, and when her health allowed it. A viewing will be held at Integrity Funeral Service from 11am-3pm on Sunday, February 22, 2015. A wake will be held at Sand Creek Indian Baptist Church on Sunday evening Feb 22, 2015 at 8pm. A funeral will be held on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 1:00pm at Sand Creek Indian Baptist Church with Rev. Don Tiger and Rev. Harry Anderson, officiating. Interment will follow at Sand Creek cemetery with Military honors provided by the Muskogee Creek Nation Honor Guard. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
