He is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Marie Dexter and three siblings, Ellsworth Noel, Chester Noel, and Rela Kaye Noel.
He is survived by four siblings, Rose Green, John Noel, Jack Haddox, and Benjiah Winters and his niece, Amber Dawn Croney of Shreveport, LA, and niece Marsha Dawn Riddle of Council Hill, OK.
