Joann Jack, a resident of Dustin, passed away January 16, 2017 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 58. She was born May 28, 1958 in Hanna, OK to Mitchell Jack & Louma (Pigeon) Jack.

Joann worked 15 years for G&H Decoy in Henryetta.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Elmer Jack, sister, Jeanetta Jack, brother Eric Jack, and brother, Joseph Jack.

Joann is survived by her husband Dennis Gooden of Dustin,
son, Steve Jack of Dustin,
son, Shane Harjo and Shannon of Indiana,
son, Billy Harjo & Jackie Anderson of Tulsa,
daughter, Shelly Harjo of Hanna,
daughter, Rachel Hart & Chris Layman of Hanna,
son, Kyle Hart & Charity Lena of Okmulgee,
daughter, Kristie Harjo & Kyle Barnett of Okmulgee,
15 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren,
sister, Leann Jack of Hanna,
brother, Jimmy Jack of Dustin,
sister, Angela Fullmore of Dustin,
sister, Pauline Hart of Morris,
as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Joann was considered a mother by her nieces and nephews, she loved the outdoors and sitting around a campfire burning stuff with Dennis and Maya. She dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren, her animals, and any outdoor activity. Most of all she loved her sister Bone, her children, grandchildren and Dennis.

Wake services will be held at the Jack family home in Hanna on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 7pm.

Her favorite songs will be played by her children at her home near Hanna.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday, January 20, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Jack Family Home in Hanna with Rev. Mark Caldwell, officiating. Interment will follow at the Jack Family Cemetery in Hanna. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
