Johnny Lee Goodman,, Sr.

Johnny Lee Goodman, Sr., a resident of Ryal was born March 21, 1940 in Dewar, Oklahoma to William Goodman & Grace (Stapp) Goodman. He passed away Thursday, July 17th, 2014 in Inola, Oklahoma at the age of 74. He was a graduate of Dewar High School class of 1959. He was a member of the Dewar First Baptist Church and worked in the Operations Department at the OU-Schusterman Center in Tulsa. He is preceded in death by his parents, William & Grace Goodman as well as one brother Billy J. Goodman, Sr. Johnny is survived by five children: Dwight Allen Goodman of Checotah; Johnny Lee Goodman, Jr. & wife Lela of Dustin; Larry Joe Goodman of Dustin; Karl Don Goodman & wife Shirl of Tucson, Arizona; Dayna Marie Goodman Rose & husband James of Moore, Oklahoma; Twenty Five Grandchildren Twenty One Great Grandchildren Three sisters: Doris Lawson of Sapulpa; Barbara Ryal & husband Wiley of Henryetta; Mary Adams of Inola; His best friend & business partner Edward Reeder of Ryal; As well as a host of friends and other relatives Pallbearers will be: Blade Goodman, Dakota Walls, Clint Hendrix, Dusty Goodman, Jerry Lee Adams, Joe Quinton, Damien Catron, & Jeremy Pearce. Honorary pallbearers will be: Billy Ray Goodman, Skyler Goodman, & Johnathan Goodman. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Glendon Sanders, officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service. Condolences may be sent at www.integrityfuneralservice.com
