Juanema Jean Madriaga, a longtime resident of Dewar, passed away, Saturday, January 5th, 2013 at her home in Dewar at the age of 88. She was born July 20, 1924 in Sardis, Oklahoma to J. W. "Scrappy" Wakefield and Veva (Carlton) Wakefield. She was a homemaker, Avon Sales Representative and volunteer. Nema, as she is known to her loved ones and friends was a longtime and faithful member of the Dewar United Pentecostal Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Casselman, her second husband Joe Madriaga, four brothers, Buster, Alton, Bob, & Waylon Wakefield, two sisters, Lorene Willhite and Ollie Faye Renison. Nema is survived by two daughters: Marquella Brison & husband Ray of Muskogee Sandra Thompson of Dewar; Four Grandchildren: Annette Molet & husband Danny of Beggs; Zanady Williams & husband Danny of Tulsa; Cody Thompson & wife Karen of Eufaula; Char Lee Thompson Lawson & husband Don of Dallas, TX 6 Great Grandchildren, Chris Molet, Alicia Molet, Dylon Williams Nathan Thompson, Grant Williams, and Vanessa Williams. One sister, Floretta Delsine of Torrance, California One brother, J. B. Wakefield of Anaheim, California As well as a host of friends and other relatives The family has designated the American Lung Association, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Suite #800, Washington, D.C. 20004 as appropriate for memorial contributions. Viewing and visitation will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013 from noon until 8pm at Integrity Funeral Service. A funeral service for Nema will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 11:00am at the Dewar United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Matthew Martin, Jack Renison and Ronnie Wilhite officiating. Interment will follow the service at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.
