Judy Ann Kelsey

Judy Ann Kelsey, a resident of Henryetta, passed away August 23, 2024 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 67. She was born Thursday, November 1, 1956 in Dumas, TX to Christine Ann (Birdcreek) and John Watson Riley.

She graduated from Graham High School in 1974 and attended college at the University of Oklahoma. She met and married the love of her life, Kenneth Kelsey, in January of 1980. They would be blessed with their first child Paula later that year with Eric following in 1984, Harrison in 1993 and their youngest, Katherine in 1997.

Judy was a proud Muscogee woman who loved serving in her community, especially in her tribal town of Thlopthlocco as well as her church of Hvce Cvpa. She loved her sports and especially enjoyed watching her Giants, Rangers and Thunder teams. She enjoyed completing puzzles with her family, cooking, and especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren who affectionately called her MawMaw.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Christine and John Riley, daughter, Paula Pangle and grandparents, Ida Watson, Smith Riley, Timmie Birdcreek and Hettie West.

She leaves to cherish her memory to her husband, Kenneth Kelsey of Henryetta, children Eric Kelsey of Dewar, Harrison Kelsey and Katherine Kelsey of Henryetta, sister Trillia Riley and brother Jonathan Riley of Weleetka, grandchildren Damyen Pangle and Lucian Pangle of Henryetta and Tucker Kelsey of Dewar and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives.

Visitation is scheduled for 3:00PM to 5:00PM Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E. Trudgeon St., Henryetta, Oklahoma.

Funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00PM Wednesday, August 28th, 2024 at Integrity Chapel, 410 E. Trudgeon SAt., Henryetta, Oklahoma.
