Julie Deann Looney

Julie Deann Looney was born July 28, 1972 in Henryetta, OK to Homer E Saunders, Jr. and Phyllis G. Berryhill. She left this world on January 23, 2023 in Carrollton, Tx.

She is survived by her three children, Anthony Aguilar and Lyndsi Morgan of Plano, Tx., Jordan Looney, Krystin Looney of Henryetta, OK. , her Mother, Phyllis Berryhill of Carrollton Tx. and her father Homer E Saunders, Jr. of Salina, OK. And a host of many relatives and friends.

Julie enjoyed being with her family, especially her three children. She loved to laugh and enjoyed being around people who made her laugh. During her laughter, she began to snort and made everyone laugh again. So laughter was one of her best assets in life.

Julie graduated from Henryetta High School in 1990. She went to college at Oklahoma University in Norman, OK. She received her Associates Degree from Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee in Business.

Julie was also a big Oklahoma Sooners football fan. When OU was going to play on TV, she would go get snacks and drinks. You probably could hear us yelling when OU made a good play and even louder when OU won!!!

Julie had many friends from her high school and friends she made in Texas. She adored all of them and kept in touch with them. Her infectious smile and humor were her big traits.

Julie enjoyed being with her family, especially her three children and friends. She loved to laugh and enjoyed being around people who made her laugh. During her laughter, she began to snort and made everyone laugh again.

In her younger years, she loved to go fishing and to rodeos. She used to say she wanted to be a cowgirl someday.

Julie worked at ONS National Title Company in Plano Tx. where she was an Escrow Officer/funder. She loved her job and the people she worked with.

Wake services will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Integrity Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Little Cussetah United Methodist Church in Schulter, Oklahoma with Reverend Nelson Harjo, Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Burgess Family Cemetery following the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Looney, Brian Looney, Preston Hayden, Bobby Bryant, Blaze Hayden and Stan Mascarenas.
