Kevin Don "Toot" Thompson, 46 of Schulter, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Kevin was born on July 27, 1978 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Donald Edward and Marie Annette (Jackson) Thompson.
Kevin grew up and attended schools in Okmulgee. He graduated from Okmulgee High School with the class of 1996 where he enjoyed playing Tuba in the band and received many awards and honors while in band. After graduation he attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma with a full music scholarship. He loved music and enjoyed playing the tuba, guitar and even played the violin. Kevin was a very loving, giving person and would help anyone who asked. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Don Thompson, paternal grandparents Floyd and Jewel Thompson and maternal grandparents Hubert and Evelyn Jackson, brother, Rusty Thompson and a nephew Cole Aaron Thompson.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Annette Thompson of Schulter, Oklahoma; Daughters, Zoie Wieberdink and her husband Matt of Henryetta, Oklahoma and Zani Thompson of Henryetta, Oklahoma; Brothers, Wendell Thompson and his wife Candi of Tiger Mountain and Gerald Thompson of Henryetta, Oklahoma; Granddaughters, Mazie and Zyla Wieberdink of Henryetta, Oklahoma; Nieces, Julia Ezell and Kendyll Thompson; Nephew; Jake Thompson as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, December 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dewar First Baptist Church with Reverend Ryan Wells officiating.
