Lavada Idadean Williamson

Lavada Idadean Williamson, a longtime resident of Weleetka, died Saturday, May 1, 2010 in Tulsa at the age of 75. She was born June 28, 1934 in Arpelar, Oklahoma to Troy and Bertha Middleton. Vada made her home in the Weleetka area with Dale her husband of 59 years and 8 months. She was the vital center of a loving family and was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was employed for over thirty years as the dietary manager at the Adkins Weleetka Nursing Home and Rainbow Terrace. She loved spending time in her garden and baking but was the happiest when she was with her family. She was the very best of all of us... She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Bertha Middleton and brother, Jackie Middleton. She is survived by: Her husband Dale Williamson of the home, 3 children, Rick Williamson and wife Brenda of Spencer, Oklahoma, Sharon Coleman of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Donna White and husband Terry of Henryetta, Oklahoma, eight grandchildren, Tonia Cantrell, Jamie Diggins, Kristi Richison, Rachel Rayburn, Tamara Cashman, Christopher Rayburn, Ryan White and Taylor Williamson. Seven great grandchildren, Kristyn Diggins, Trenton and Trevor Cantrell, Mason Martin, Dylan Rayburn, Gaje McDaniel, Tyler and Lexi Richison and Noah White, 5 sisters and 2 brothers, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Christopher Rayburn, Ryan White, Taylor Williamson, Chuck Diggins, Richard Cantrell, Brett Richison and Shane Cashman. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the Apostolic House of Prayer in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Interment will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
