Lillie Mae Johnson

Lillie Mae Johnson, 63 of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She was born on March 25, 1961 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to John and Francis Fields.

Lillie worked in the newspaper industry doing many different jobs from delivering newspapers to working maintenance on the printing press. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching the OU Sooners and especially the Kansas City Chiefs when her favorite quarterback Patrick Mahomes was playing. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Francis Fields.

Survivors include, husband, Eddie Johnson; sons, James Johnson and his wife June, Michael Johnson, Shannon Johnson; daughter, Stephanie Fields and husband Cory, all of Ardmore, Oklahoma; two brothers, Billy Ray Johnson, Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Roger Fields of Red Bird, Oklahoma; sisters, Jeannette Rabbit and husband Gerald of Okmulgee, Oklahoma and Lucy Carpitcher of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; uncles, Billy Barnett of Ardmore, Oklahoma and Bennie Harjo of Weleetka, Oklahoma. Also by several grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing for Lillie will be on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM at Integrity Funeral Service.

A wake service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Alabama Indian Baptist Church in Weleetka, Oklahoma.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Alabama Indian Baptist Church in Weleetka, Oklahoma with Reverend Bennie Harjo officiating.

Burial will follow the service at the Wiley-Watson Family Cemetery south of Dustin.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Anthony Johnson, Shannon Dawn Johnson, Johnathan Harjo, Nelson Harjo, Jr., Cory A. Cutway and Shawn D. Barnett.
