Mrs. Louise (Jimboy) Holden, 92, a resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 at her home in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Louise was born January 15th, 1932 to Cora (Anderson) and Jewett Jimboy in Konowa, Oklahoma.
Louise was preceded in death by her beloved husband Kenneth, parents, Jewett and Cora Jimboy, brother, Wayne Jimboy and sisters, Norma Jean Beaver and Etta Mae Pulliam.
Louise attended Finthras School, Sandcreek Country School, Carter Seminary for elementary and Haskell Institute for High School. While attending Haskell Louise met Kenneth Holden. They were married for sixty-five and one half years. They would be blessed with three children.
Louise loved spending time with family as well as watching her grandkids playing sports. She also enjoyed playing cards, dominos, watching the Kansas Jayhawks, Royals, Chiefs, golf and tennis. She was a devoted Christian and a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Lawrence, Kansas.
Louise is survived by daughter, Gloria and husband Alphonse Patneaude of Midwest City, Oklahoma, son Timothy Holden of Eudora, Kansas, daughter, Ammie Holden of Lawrence, Kansas, five granddaughters, five grandsons, two great-granddaughters, five great-grandsons, two brothers and one sister, as well as a host of other family and dear friends across Kansas and Oklahoma.
