Marie Conley

Marie (Haynes) Conley, 92, a resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, February 28th, 2025 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Marie was born February 10th, 1933 to Annie (Fields) and Jay Haynes. 

Marie is preceded in death by her parents, children Kenneth Smith, twins, Danny and Dana Smith Terrye Smith, Robert Smith, Gerald Smith and Brenda Smith, father of her children, Fred Anderson "Bud" Smith, brothers, Jonas Haynes, and Daniel "Boss" Haynes. 

Marie was blessed with four children while living in Arizona where she worked picking cotton. She moved back to Oklahoma to be closer to family. Marie cherished her family, her life and the many activities she was involved in included her family.  

Marie loved to go fishing , putting on her white rubber boots, she could outfish anyone. Marie and her sister crossed many fences to go fishing and she always caught the first one! She is remembered for always offering you something to eat. Marie cooked many favorites; wild onions and scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fried chicken and especially all the different types of bread she could bake without an oven. She grew her own garden, including peanuts and picking pecans. 

Marie also took care of others when she worked for several years as a Nurses Aide. Marie was a hard worker and a good woman. She had a great sense of humor and was always laughing. She touched many lives, instilling her faith in them as well as making others feel important. 

Marie leaves behind a host of loved ones to cherish her memory. Her son Donald Smith and wife Paula, daughter-in-law Linda Smith, grandchildren, ShaNon Solberg, Johnna Kimbrell, Nathan Smith, Aaron Smith, Brandis Fish, Katie Boutwell, Kaylea Ammann, Kyla Chacon, Krista Smith, Chelsi Link; fourteen great-grandchildren, sisters, Cinderella Smith, Elouise Beaver, Louise Tecumseh, brother, Felix Haynes.  

Officiating: Rev. Matthew Martin 

Serving as Pallbearers: Jay Haynes, Wyatt Chuckluck, Aaron Tecumseh, Timothy Stone, E.C. Haynes, Jude Prieto and Adam Haynes. 

Honorary Pallbearers: Aaron Smith, Nathan Smith, Erik Garcia, Clint Edwards, Johnny Pope and Brayden Chacon. 

Viewing and Visitation is scheduled for 3:00PM to 6:00PM, Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E. Trudgeon St., Henryetta, OK 74437 

Funeral Service is scheduled for 10:00AM, Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at Dewar United Pentecostal Church, 212 6th St., Dewar, OK.

Interment to follow at Sonora Cemetery, Henryetta, OK.
