Mary Imagene Whiteley

Mary Imagene Bynum Whiteley a resident of Henryetta passed from this life on Thursday, October 28, 2010 in Henryetta at the age of 65. Mary was born on December 26, 1944 in Henryetta to Dan Bynum and Rosie (Pruitt) Bynum. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, 2 grandchildren, Nickole Reed and Glenn Hibbard, and by one sister, Vivian Gibson. Her survivors include: her companion, Gerald Chandler of Henryetta, 3 children, Darlene Catoe & husband James of England, Arkansas, Charles Peal & wife Teresa of McPherson, Kansas, Shelley Gorham & husband Dennis of Heber Spring, Arkansas, 5 grandchildren, Tiffany Peal, Jackylyn Standridge, Denae Travino, Christopher Peal, and Andrew Lemonds, 2 great grandchildren, Amethyst & Autumn Standridge 2 sisters, Geneva Woods & husband Roy of Bryant, Oklahoma, and Barbara Johnson of Henryetta, one brother, Fred Carpenter of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and by many nieces , nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Clay Langley, Richard Keller, James Catoe, Dennis Gorham, Earl Standridge, Jerry Peal, and Charles Peal. Visitation will be from 1-8 pm on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Integrity Funeral Service. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 am, Monday, November 1, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Hitchita, Oklahoma with Rev. Lee Nucholls officiating. Interment will follow the service at Lackey Cemetery in Hitchita under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
