Mayoma Jewel Henshaw

Mayoma Jewel Henshaw, a resident of Dewar, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Henryetta, OK at the age of 82. She was born October 15, 1940 in Dewar, Oklahoma to Virgil Bardin & Nona Jewel (Calvert) Bardin.

She married Leslie Henshaw on December 16, 1988 in Arkansas.

Mayoma was a member of the Dewar United Pentecostal Church for many years.
She worked as a clerk for TG&Y for over 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leslie Henshaw, her parents, Virgil and Nona Bardin, brothers; Glen Bardin & Jerald Bardin, sisters; Francis Jones & Joyce Kile, and one niece, Glenda Bardin.

Mayoma is survived by brother in laws; Otis Kile of Henryetta, and Jimmie Jones of Henryetta, sister-in-law, Wanda Bardin of Henryetta, sister by love, Susan Collett of Tulsa, Oklahoma, nieces and nephews; Debi Morris & husband Terry, Gayla Ledbetter & husband Chris, Kay Taylor & husband Brian, Gary Bardin & wife Carol, Brenda Myers & husband Jerry, Lana Haller & husband Clancey, Greg Jones & wife Christy, Gina Scott & husband Larry, and Gerald Bardin & wife Jennifer, as well as a host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 4-8 PM on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Integrity Funeral Service with the family present to greet friends from 6-8 PM.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Moffett, John Cowan, Kyle Morris, Chad Ledbetter, Gerald Bardin, Greg Jones and Jonathan Harrison. Honorary pallbearers will be Otis Kile, Terry Morris, Chris Ledbetter, Brian Taylor, Eric Stephens, Nick Stephens, and Clancy Haller.

Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, January 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Westlawn Cemetery with Rev. Matthew Martin, officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
