Nancy Effie Long

Nancy Effie Long a resident of Dewar, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 73. She was born July 16, 1939 in Henryetta, to Henry Lee Russell & Mary (Wills). Nancy was married to Gerald "Gene" Long on January 6, 1981 in Dewar. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Howard Langston, brother, Floyd Russell, sister, Faye Shawdah, and sister, Ruby Coates. Nancy is survived by her husband Gerald "Gene" Long of the home, son, Howard Dink Langston & wife Cheryl Nan of Ryal, daughter, Mary Shannon Langston of Coffeyville, Kansas, step-daughter Jo Long of Mounds, step-daughter, Lana McPherson & husband Billy of McAlester, 10 grandchildren, Steven Wilkerson, Judy Capps, Elizabeth Kaler, Sarah Sebring, Dustin Richards, Cheyenne Richars, Matt Dugan, Tony Dugan, Ryan Byington, and Alyshia Byngton, 12 great grandchildren, 6 brothers, Curtis Russell of Tiger Mountain, James Russell of Dewar, Charlie Russell of Ada, Dee Russell of Henryetta, Lee Russell of Roland, and Bill Russell of Henryetta, one sister, Sarah Ann Kidwell of Henryetta, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
