Newton Roy Evans

Shurden Funeral Home 411 West Division Street Henryetta, OK 74437 (918) 652-4461 Fax (918) 652-4451 Newton Roy Evans, a resident of Okemah, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, March 18, 2013 in Okemah at the age of 87. Roy was originally from Oregon. Roy was married to Yvonna McIntosh of Tiger Mountain, Oklahoma. Prior to his retirement, Roy worked for Okmulgee Ready Mix as a truck driver. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta.
