Norman Lee James

Norman Lee James, a resident of Spavinaw, Oklahoma was born May 26, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Norman James and Loretta (Miller) James. He passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 in Spavinaw, Oklahoma at the age of 67. Norman was a professional fitter-welder with the Madison Steel Company in Sapulpa. He is survived by three children, Ricky Lee James of Tulsa Joe Bob James of Glenpool Tina Ann James of Sapulpa One granddaughter, Alyssa Kaye James of Sand Springs One sister, Barbara Stacy & husband Rev. Kenneth Stacy of Victoria, Mississippi As well as a host of friends and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Tina Ann James, Dale Jones, Anthony Gallina, chris Johnson, D. J. Allison, Wayne Stacy, & Blake Johnson. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church in Spavinaw, Oklahoma with Rev. Danny Allison, officiating. Interment will follow in Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
