Opal (Nero) Lee Murdock

Opal Lee (Nero) Murdock a resident of Duncan passed away Thursday, October 7th, 2021 in Duncan at the age of 63. Opal attended Dewar Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1976. She grew up in the Hoffman - Grayson area before she permanently resided in Duncan. She was a faithful member of True Gospel Tabernacle in Duncan.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Ella Nero and Mary Conners, brothers, Mufford Conners, Joe Conners, Jorden Conners, and Raymond Conners.

She is survived by a brother, Early Nero of Grayson;
Nephew, Early Nero, III of Grayson;
Nieces, Shana Nero of Beggs and Crystal Nero of Hitchita;
Great neices, Julisa Rich and Amani Rich of Beggs;
Great Nephew, J. R. Nero of Beggs;
Numerous nieces, nephews, and her beloved family at Wilkins Nursing Home in Duncan.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 20th at Genesis Cemetery in Grayson. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
