Oscar Buck Pigeon

Oscar Pigeon passed away October 1st, 2020 in Hanna, Oklahoma at the age of 78. He was born December 27th, 1941 in Hanna Oklahoma to Robert and Velma (Judy) Pigeon. Oscar's favorite things were camping, fishing, making stickballs, making knick knacks for everyone, and fast cars. He loved being around family and friends. Oscar accepted the Lord April 11, 1998.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Linda Polson Pigeon, five brothers, Tuffie, William, Boston, David, Sonny, and one grandson Ace Gray.

Oscar is survived by his son JR Pigeon of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, three sisters, Esther Gray of Pryor, Oklahoma, Stella Pigeon of Hanna, Oklahoma, Lela Goodman of Dustin, Oklahoma. Four brothers, Paul Pigeon of Ada, Oklahoma, Bobby Pigeon of Norman, Oklahoma, Dennis Pigeon of Dustin, Oklahoma, Adam Pigeon of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren. Two aunts, Nellie Kincade of Wetumka, Oklahoma, Lena Pigeon Proctor of Dustin, Oklahoma. Oscar is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Paul Pigeon, Bobby Pigeon, Adam Pigeon, Johna Goodman, Blade Goodman, and Speedy Harley.

Honorary Pallbearers include Josh Gray and Charles Proctor.

A wake service will be held at 7:00 Thursday October 8, 2020 at Hickory Ground #1 church.

A funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm October 9 at Hickory Ground #1 church with Reverend Mitchell Taylor and Wallace Gambler officiating. Interment will follow to Dustin Cemetery.
