Pauline Bell Turner

Pauline (Reddick) Turner, a longtime resident of Dewar passed away Sunday, May 24th, 2015 in Okmulgee at the age of 84. She was born July 27, 1930 in Pawhuska to Joseph Sargent Reddick and Gurtha Lou (Hudson) Reddick. Pauline worked as a nurses aide for many years at Okmulgee Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Dewar First Baptist Church and Circle Square Dance Club. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Vern N. Turner, three grandsons, Buddy Turner, Jason Bibby & Brad Turner. Four brothers, Jenks Reddick, Edgar Brock, Melvin Reddick, & J. B. Brock. Two sisters Nellie Hobbs and Dorothy Humphrey. She is survived by three children: Paula Denny & husband J. B. of Vernon, Texas; Butch Turner & wife Brenda of Dewar; Tina Bibby & husband Jerry of Beggs; Five grandchildren: Michael Hammack & wife Frances of Deercreek, Oklahoma; Michelle Hall of Bardstown, Kentucky; Detriech Turner of Dewar; Angie Ernst & husband Matt of Sapulpa; Amy Shepherd & husband Steve of Broken Arrow; Seven Great Grandchildren & Two Great Great Grandchildren; One brother, Jack Reddick & wife Anita of Asher, Oklahoma; A host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Roger Reddick, Jackie Reddick, David Reddick, Geno Reddick, Turner Hammack, & Jeremy Burrow. Viewing will be on Wednesday from 5-8pm with family present to greet friends from 6-8pm. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Wells, officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
