Peggy Louise Boyd

Peggy Louise Allison Boyd, a resident of Henryetta, died Sunday, August 2, 2009 in Tulsa at the age of 63. She was born February 25, 1946 in Steubenville, Ohio to Harry Paul Allison and Dorothy (Dishmon) Allison. Peggy married Kenneth E. Boyd on May 21, 1989 in Clovis, California. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Boyd, her parents, Harry P. Allison, and Dorothy Louise (Dishmon) Allison). Peggy lived in Fresno, California for 50 years and moved to Henryetta in 1996. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, gardening, and her animals. She is a member of the Evangelistic Center Church in Henryetta. Peggy is survived by her two children, Tracy Lobush & husband Roger of Henryetta, Byron Allison & wife Terri of Henryetta, Four grandchildren, Brandon Lobush of Henryetta, David Allison of Fresno, California, Amanda Allison of Fresno, California, Matthew Allison of Henryetta, Two brothers, Tommy Allison of Fresno, California, Jimmy Allison of Porterville, California, Two sisters, Carolyn Mikkelsen of Friant, California, Darleen Manzone of Paradise, California, As well as a host of other relatives and friends. The family has designated The Evangelistic Center Church to receive donations in honor of Peggy. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Roger Lobush, Byron Allison, Matthew Allison, and Kent VanMeter. Graveside Services are scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2009 at Westlawn Cemetery at 10:00 am with Rev. Kenneth L. VanMeter officiating and Rev. Roger Lobush assisting. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
