Percy Clyde Wade, Jr.

Percy C. Wade, Jr., a resident of Weleetka, Oklahoma, passed from this life on February 18, 2014 in Tulsa, at the age of 86. Percy was born on December 7, 1927 in Weleetka, Oklahoma to Percy C. Wade, Sr. and Hester Dean Wade. Percy married the love of his life, Norma Jean Morgan on January 14, 1949 in Weleetka, Oklahoma. Percy and Norma lived in Oklahoma City for many years where he served as a food service manager. He is preceded in death by his mother and father; his brother, Gene Wade; and his sisters, Lahoma Palmer and Kathleen Snell. Percy is survived by his wife of 65 years, Norma Jean Wade of the home; a son, Percy Wade III of Weleetka; a daughter, Rebecca Joy Pirotte and husband Bob of Olathe, Kansas; by two grandsons, Chris Pirotte of Chicago, IL and Chad Pirotte of Olathe, Kansas; and by three great grandchildren; as well as other extended family and many good friends. Memorial Services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Saturday, March 1, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Weleetka.
